Grapes for the ‘19 Riesling were sourced from a single vineyard block in the Coal Valley; the rows hand-chosen (and hand-picked) by Michael & Julie. Cool, ambient fermentation temperatures in a combination of tank, barrel and demi-john led to a crisp, acid driven wine, jam-packed with fresh citrus fruit and texture. Bottled unfined and with minimal sulphur.
